• Above average communication skills
• Working knowledge of computers, basic applications, and Windows operating systems.
• Customer Focused
• Willing to learn and can adjust to any shifting schedule
• 3 months of case monitoring experience in BPO or similar environment, 1 year of contact center experience in customer care, Knowledge in Quality Assurance Parameters and Metrics is a plus, Exceptional analytical and listening skills, Excellent documentation skills with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, Proven ability to work under deadlines
